Our Seniors (we like to refer to them as 'Seasoned Saints') meet weekly on Wednesdays from September-May. Activities begin promptly at 11:00 a.m. in our Community Center on the main level, with the exception of Bible study day. Please plan to arrive prior to that time so you won't miss any of our activities. Please invite someone to share this special time with you. Occasional local trips are also scheduled throughout the year.
All activities begin promptly at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesdays. Please come early so you will have time for an extra cup of coffee as you fellowship with other seniors.
March 3 Chef’s Choice
Come and enjoy singing hymns and listening to some good stories led by Lavonne Stewart. Following this time of fellowship we will be surprised by another wonderful lunch that Jan and Elli will prepare. The cost of lunch is just $1.00.
March 10 Bible Study
Bring your Bible and feast on the Word. Gordy Mills will lead the study for the men from a book by the title of Knowing God By Name. Lavonne will continue the study of Second Peter for the women. Following Bible Study we will enjoy a light lunch of sandwiches and dessert.
March 17 Soup-R-Wednesday
The West Linn Chorus Ensemble will entertain us with some wonderful selections of vocal music. Our own Velma is part of this group. After the program we will enjoy a lunch of homemade soup, rolls, and dessert.
March 24 Potluck
Last year we saw The Potter’s Hand. We were so impressed that we wanted to see it again so we will see it this short time before Easter. Please bring a main dish, salad, or dessert to share. We always have a good variety and wonderful fellowship around the tables.
March 31 Field Trip
Join us for a smooth ride to be announced. After the ride we will travel to Sweet Tomatoes Restaurant for lunch. This has already been navigated by a couple of scouts and determined to be safe for all of us. There is some walking required. Lavonne will explain.
