Child safety is very important to our congregation and to Jesus. As part of our safety procedures may seem overkill, we ask that you be patient and understand the seriousness of this issue. Below are a few more details on what you can expect as far as safety goes.

CHECK-IN/OUT PROCEDURES: All children first grade and under must be checked-in and out of their classroom for both Sunday school and children's worship. Follow the steps below:

1. Let the teacher know that you need to drop off the child.
2. Fill out the child's name on the sticker with the smaller number
3. Place sticker on the child's shirt (front or back)
4. Make sure you get a sticker with the matching number on it as well
5. When you return to pick up your child, hand over your sticker with the number on it so that it can be matched up with your child's number.

BACKGROUND/SEX OFFENDER CHECKS: All volunteers, 18 and older, who work with children under the age of 18, will be screened prior to their service by having a criminal background check done, as well as being cleared from the Oregon sex offender registry list
